Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our small business, we do not accept returns.  Each order is made on-demand at the time of purchase. Please be sure to reference the size chart on our ecommerce site prior to ordering or reach out to us via email at jimchambers@randjembroidery.com with any questions.

Custom or Sale Items – Non-Returnable
Custom (embroidered, screen printed) products or special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges – Sizing
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size chart on our ecommerce site before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than womenโ€™s sizing. We typically suggest sizing down for a more fitted look, but you should know your size before placing an order.

Exchanges – Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jimchambers@randjembroidery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify if itโ€™s within our Policy. 

To be eligible for an exchange, send an email to jimchambers@randjembroidery.com within 14 days of your order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly.
