Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our small business, we do not accept returns.  Each order is made on-demand at the time of purchase. Please be sure to reference the size chart on our ecommerce site prior to ordering or reach out to us via email at jimchambers@randjembroidery.com with any questions.

Custom or Sale Items – Non-Returnable
Custom (embroidered, screen printed) products or special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges – Sizing
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size chart on our ecommerce site before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than women’s sizing. We typically suggest sizing down for a more fitted look, but you should know your size before placing an order.

Exchanges – Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jimchambers@randjembroidery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify if it’s within our Policy. 

To be eligible for an exchange, send an email to jimchambers@randjembroidery.com within 14 days of your order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly.
